Our company's developed and sold molybdenum wire cut "CNC wire discharge precision contouring machine" has significant differences from conventional wire cutting machines. The key difference is that it uses a "spray-type" processing fluid! Conventional wire cutting machines adopt a dipping method, processing the workpiece by submerging it in water. As a result, when you open the side door, water spills out, limiting the processing to workpieces that fit on the table. Our machine uses a spray-type system, so there is no worry about water spilling out. Whether the workpiece size is 1m or 2m, you can set it up by opening the side door.
